  The assistant store manager Charlie is AMAZING! She’s extremely thorough and friendly. She always makes sure you’re happy when you leave the store and isn’t pushy whatsoever.
  Highly recommend seeing Charlie if you’re just browsing, inquiring or have any issues with your account.

  Not only was I sold on a phone I don’t like they upped my monthly bill by 30.00. I asked if I could return the phone if I didn’t like it and they said yes as THEY took the plastic off my phone. I go back 48hrs later to change my phone cause I don’t like it and they find a hair line cratch and say no your stuck with it? F you Rogers!! Never again!!!! Will never renew with Rogers ever again!!!!!!
