  Same as last time slow service ran out of silverware and glasses didn't get our appetizer that was ordered and the waitress as well as the other two seemed pretty bitchy when we simply asked for catch up for our fries or refills I think the management needs to work on their customer service even if it means having one extra person I mean it is a Friday night. Back again ordered medium well steak came out this way. (Picture ) not enough staff to handle the full restaurant. Was going to order dessert but by the time the waitress came back we were ready too go.

  Haven't been since the local franchise in Victoria shut down years ago. Went to join family there for a birthday celebration. Wasn't expecting much. Boy was I wrong. Great meal. Perfect steak. Innovative sides. Some fun and funky drinks. Had a blast!
