  NO CARE TAKEN EXCEPT FOR WHO CARES MAN!! Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Seaside. My computer crashed which had 2 hard drives in it. I purchased it this way from Seaside so that I could save all my important stuff on to a separate drive. Their suggestion. Drive one (c Drive) ran the computer ( not sure of the technical jargon), and the other with all my important family stuff. The c drive bit the dust. On their recommendation I purchased an external hard drive so that they could save all my important family stuff from the second drive to the external drive. I did this so that when I had the money I could purchase a new computer. Well to my surprise when I check the external drive a few days later with my sons laptop most of my data is missing. I immediately went back to Seaside to see if they still had my old stuff. GONE!! All I got was a SORRY MAN and a blank stare.The guy was a real jerk!! Not that I was looking for anything, but not even an offer of any compensation. Basically it cost me a hundred bucks for them to loss all my important family stuff and yes that includes photos and videos. We have purchased 3 computers from these guys and all 4 of my kids have laptops which we take there for repairs. You know what they say. Leave the store ha happy customer you tell 3 friends. Leave pissed off you tell everyone. Social media is powerful.
